The 100 Get-Ups Challenge

Not 100 in a row. 100 across a whole day — small and often, the same spirit as the carpet-zone practice, turned into a game instead of a rep count.

Today’s tally

0/ 100

Saved on this device only, resets each day. No account, no upload.

How it works

  1. 01Get down to the floor, any way you want, then get back up. That's one.
  2. 02Any position counts — kneeling, sitting, lying down, doesn't matter.
  3. 03Spread it across your whole day. A few here, a few there.
  4. 04Tally however feels fun — the counter above, tally marks on paper, a jar of marbles.
  5. 05Hit 100 by the end of the day. Tomorrow, do it again.

Why it works

This is the same graded-exposure idea behind The Floor Is Not the Enemy — small, frequent doses of getting down and up beat one long session, both for the fear-avoidance loop and for how your joints and circulation actually respond to movement throughout the day. Turning it into a tally just makes it something you’ll actually keep doing.

Where this connects

Curious how you’re doing on ground transfers overall? Take the Ground Test — it’s the same skill this challenge builds.
